7 Reels Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Welcome to 7 Reels. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 7 Reels ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the services available at 7reels.run.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the 7 Reels platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 7 Reels. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific document states otherwise.

To register and maintain an account at 7 Reels, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• Location: You must be accessing the 7 Reels platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. Players are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Providing false or misleading information during registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7 Reels may close the account immediately, void any bets placed, and withhold any balance pending the resolution of the matter.

Your 7 Reels account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and any communication sent from your account to the 7 Reels support team.

You must keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person, including family members. 7 Reels will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7 Reels support immediately via live chat or email at support@7reels.run. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is completed.

• You are responsible for ensuring the security of the device you use to access 7 Reels.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared devices, is strongly recommended.
• 7 Reels will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account credentials must not be used for any automated access or third-party application without prior written approval from 7 Reels.

All financial transactions on the 7 Reels platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit at 7 Reels is Rs 500.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your 7 Reels balance immediately upon successful processing.
• 7 Reels does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• All funds deposited to 7 Reels must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned if identified.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7 Reels account holder.
• 7 Reels processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• 7 Reels reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above platform-defined thresholds.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled at the player's request before processing commences. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 7 Reels platform, including sports betting, esports markets, virtual sports, crash games, casino games, and all other game types available:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from 7 Reels. Bets that appear to have been placed but have not received confirmation should be reported to support immediately.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 7 Reels reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds and prices: Odds displayed on 7 Reels at the time of bet placement are indicative. In the event of a manifest error in the displayed odds, 7 Reels reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical faults, data feed errors, events being abandoned or postponed beyond defined periods, or evidence of match-fixing or manipulation.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser. 7 Reels' settlement decisions are final once the official result has been published and the market settled.
• Crash games: For crash games, including Aviator and JetX at 7 Reels, the crash point for each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm before the round commences. The auto cash-out feature executes at the requested multiplier if that level is reached before the crash. If the crash occurs before the auto cash-out level, the bet is lost.
• In-play betting: Odds during live events update continuously. 7 Reels is not responsible for delays in the player's internet connection that result in bets being placed at odds different from those the player expected.

7 Reels may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated, bonuses are available to players with verified accounts in good standing.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at 7 Reels are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount of play before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be claimed per player, per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 Reels platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 7 Reels platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, including but not limited to the proceeds of crime or money laundering.
• Using third-party payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other non-human means without prior written consent from 7 Reels.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 7 Reels platform. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately rather than taken advantage of.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bet settlement processes.
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have advance knowledge as a result of your professional or commercial role.
• Attempting to access the 7 Reels platform or its back-end systems by any means other than the standard player interface.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7 Reels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
